Sir Martin N. Tobor, Executive Director and Founder of the Centre for Piano and Vice Perfection is a graduate of the University of Education Winneba and a. Principal Teaching Staff of the Ghana Education Service (GES).
Sir Togbor, a distinguished teacher of Social Studies and Music formally of St. Thomas Aquinas Senior High School in Cantonments – Accra from 1996 to 2015, has for many years been involved in the oral teaching of theories of music and practical.
Sir Martin N.Togbor , who is also a prolific writer on issues of politics and societal transformation is equally a native of Liberia due to circumstances of birth. He holds an associate degree in communication studies with option in print media Journalism in political reporting from the University of Liberia, School of Mass Communication Studies from 1984 – 1986.
He attended his first Preliminary courses in General Music in 1991 at the National Academy of Music (NAM) for a period of one year. He later enrolled at the Newly established University of Education of Winneba in 1992 as a Pioneer Student for a four-year course In Music Education and Social Studies in Teacher Education.
In the year 2000, with a scholarship from the British Council, Ghana, Sir Togbor attended an advance certificate course in Music Technology Project from the University of London,  Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts Specializing in MIDI SKILLS. 
He has had teaching experience as a music tutor at St. Theresa Elementary and J.S.S North Kaneshie, Social Advance Institute at Workers College Adabraka and Corpus Christi Catholic Senior High School Sakumono Estates. He was a onetime church organist for the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church at Cantoments, St. Anthony Catholic Church in Nungua and Queen of Peace Catholic Church at Madina.
 He is a member of the Ghana Music Teacher Association (G.M.T.A.). He has over the past 26 years also acquired vast experiences in teaching Piano Music and Voice Training. 
He is currently the Country Representative of the University of West London, London College of Music Examinations in Ghana.
He is also the Head of Monitoring and the Substantive Music Master at the Armed Forces Senior High Technical School in Burma Camp, Accra. 
Besides the number of successful News Articles Sir Martin N. Togbor has published to his credit with the Daily Dispatch News Paper in his capacity as member of the Ghana Journalist Association (G.J.A.). He has a few songs and anthems to his credit both published and unpublished.
